This is a unique process from a company located right in the heart of the coffee region in Colombia.  It is safe for consumption and free of synthetic chemicals. This process is calling sugar cane decaf.

100% Colombian Fresh Coffee. Notes of Chocolate, Cherry caramel and nice lemon.  Medium Roast. Well-structured body, fuji apple acidity. 250 Gr - 9 ounces.

  • Once opened, store the coffee in a sealed air-tight container, preferably refrigerated and in an area free of stronjg smells.

Guadalejo Farm - Biography

Location: Inza, Cauca (South of Colombia). Yoni Pichica, 35 yearls old is the owner of the Guadalejo Farm.

He makes a fully
washed process at his farm, from picking the ripe beans, then fermenting it for around 20-40 hours, then washing and sun drying it.

Chaparral Regional - Biography

This coffee comes from an association of coffee growers in the southern part of Tolima, Colombia. They are located in the “cañón de las hermosas”, a national park known for its beauty. In the past it has also an area heavily affected by the civil war within Colombia and the Guerilla warfare. In this area
the farms range from 1500 - 2100 meters above sea level (4921 - 6890 Feet).
It is made up of 117 associates, with 43 of them being organic certified.
All coffee is processed at micro-
wet mills on their small 1 - 4 Ha farms, where they pick, pulp and ferment the coffees and then dry in solar tents or on the roofs. Once ready the coffee is then delivered to the associations collection point and
cupped for quality purposes.
